What kind of Commoning Practices can we develop within the Greek Archaeological Context?

Can we Open the epistemic stack? e.g. commit to default-open field data, inventories, and images (with safeguards for sensitive material); co-author publications with local collaborators; require that funded projects budget for community access to outputs and spaces?

Can we Redistribute infrastructural access? e.g. set aside bench time in labs and reading rooms for municipal stakeholders, teachers, and local researchers; co-manage storage and study spaces with regional ephorates; fund community fellowships that seat local residents on excavation teams beyond manual roles?

Can we Institutionalise co-decision? e.g. establish legally recognized advisory councils at the regional level (ephorate + municipality + community associations + school reps + project PIs) with agenda-setting powers for excavation priorities, exhibit scripts, and data-release schedules?

Can we Rewire benefits? e.g. adopt transparent benefit-sharing formulas for ticketing and licensing, earmarking a proportion for local cultural programs, conservation apprenticeships, and small-scale heritage enterprises; report these flows annually?

Can we Design for Reversibility and Consent? e.g. treat reconstructions, interpretive signage, and digital narratives as versioned artifacts subject to periodic community review and revision?

Other designed or spontaneous practices of Infrastructural Commoning that have not been applied or recorded yet?
